Stephen B. Hammerstein joined Kwik Kopy Printing in 1984 as Vice President of legal services. He became Executive Vice President and then President in 1985, and was named Chairman and CEO in 1993. He has served as a member of the Kwik Kopy Printing Board of Directors since 1985. In 1992, when Kwik Kopy Printing became a subsidiary of International Center for Entrepreneurial Development (ICED), Steve joined the ICED Board of Directors. Since July 1994, he has served as President and CEO of ICED

Steve also served on the Board of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and its executive committee. In 1993 he chaired the special Task Force on Franchisee Inclusion that developed the plans to include franchisees as IFA members. In 1996 he served as Chairman of the IFA and presently serves as the Chairman of the Past Chairman’s Counsel.

Steve holds a B.S. degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Toledo Law School.

James T. (Jim) Hadfield grew up in the Kwik Kopy Printing and International Center for Entrepreneurial Development (ICED) family. Since 1977, he has managed every division of the Kwik Kopy Corporation, including auditing, franchise sales, and research and development. In 1991, he developed the Copy Club concept of Digital Imaging Centers. In 1995, Jim became Chief Information Officer, adapting technologies — including digital imaging in franchise locations — in communications with franchisees and the Internet. In 2002, he was named Vice Chairman of ICED, overseeing the franchise brands and several other divisions. Jim has also served on the ICED executive committee and management team since its inception in 2002.
